Mobile Device Requirements
All mobile phones and tablets must meet these minimum requirements for optimal app performance:

Mobile Application Requirements
Crunchtime Ops Execution follows a structured deprecation policy for mobile applications. Once yearly, we deprecate versions over 2 years old.

| ✅ Fully Supported | 0-3 months | Applications are fully supported and expected to operate normally outside of bug fix updates. |
| 🔄 Soft Deprecation | 3-18 months | Applications are supported but may experience issues. Updating to the latest version is highly recommended. |
| ⚠️ Deprecated | 18-23 months | Applications will continue to work for up to 6 months from the most recent release date. |
| ❌ Fully Unsupported | 24+ months | Applications will not work or open until updated. |
Supported Web Browsers
Browser Support Policy: Ops Execution supports all new browser versions within 7 days of release and maintains support for the last 2 releases of each browser. ⛔️ Internet Explorer is NOT supported. Please use one of the browsers listed below.
- Chrome - the two latest released versions.
- Safari - the two latest released versions on iOS & iPadOS.
- Firefox - the two latest released versions.
- Microsoft Edge - the two latest released versions.

Our mobile application is deployed for your authorized employees on devices you own and manage. Due to this model, we recommend following industry best practices to ensure optimal security and performance.
By not following these recommendations, you assume risk. Crunchtime disclaims liability for damage resulting from operational decisions that don't follow these best practices.

Ensure operating systems and software are kept up-to-date to the most recent version available. |

Ensure devices are not rooted or jailbroken to prevent malicious software and protect locally stored Ops Execution data. |

Ensure backups including Ops Execution data are appropriately protected to prevent PII or confidential data compromise. |

Ensure safety of application screenshots to prevent disclosure of PII or company confidential data. |

Ensure only appropriate SSL certificates are trusted, potentially using certificate pinning to prevent traffic interception. |
