No, a single question can only appear once on an exam. -
How do you find a question again to edit or delete it from the Question Bank?
Use the Text search tool in the Category dropdown on the Question Bank screen. -
Can you delete a Question Bank?
No. Because it can take so long to rebuild a Question Bank that is accidentally deleted, we do not allow Question Banks to be deleted. Please contact our Client Services team if you have questions about this.. -
I seem to always be losing my last question, what am I doing wrong?
When you finish your last question, click back to the exam properties or to another question to let your last question “settle in” before you click Done. -
I don’t see the circle/plus sign icon to create a Spanish language Question Bank or a Spanish language exam.
Check with the Client Services team, you’re campus may not yet be enabled for multiple languages. -
If my English language Question Bank has 20 questions on locking up at night, does my Spanish language version have to have exactly the same number?
No, that is not mandatory. However, best practice would be to have the English and Spanish versions of the Question Banks and the subsequent exams be as similar as possible in order to keep your English and Spanish training programs in sync. - Does the search feature search all question banks if there is more than one?
No. Search is only over the question bank you are in. You will need to search over each bank if you have more than one.
