Why do we need Phases?
Phases are used to provide the flexibility of printing different labels with different expiration settings or different label layouts for the same ingredient. This is achieved by selecting a different phase on the ingredient print screen. There can only be 5 phases maximum per account.
How to create and edit your Phases

Understanding default templates
When setting up or editing phases, you can choose from several label templates:
Standard Template
The printed label will display every available field:
- Ingredient Name
- Expiration Date
- Expiration Time
- Phase name
- Printed User name
- Print Date
- Custom Attribute (if configured in 'Additional Attribute' section)
NameOnly Template
Only the Ingredient name will be printed on the label.
IngredientProminent Template
Same as Standard template but with no Custom Attribute field and the Ingredient name field is enlarged for better visibility.
DateProminent Template
Same as IngredientProminent template but instead of the Ingredient name field being enlarged, the Expiration Date field is emphasized.
