Summary:
Tablets trying to connect to eBos will show a splash page for the following reasons:
- Your device is added to the Public SSID Whitelist but is failing to properly verify because the Private WiFi Address is active.
- You are not added to the Public SSID Whitelist, and your credentials are saved in the tablet settings and are interfering with establishing a clean connection to eBos.
Symptoms:
- The tablet is connected to eBos, but your device is not reporting data back to our servers, or you are unable to load your checklists.
- "Forget this Network" is available in Settings, Wifi, eBos > ( i ).
