eBos Splash Page is not appearing and not able to connect to internal WiFi

Summary:

Tablets trying to connect to eBos will show a splash page for the following reasons:

• Your device is added to the Public SSID Whitelist but is failing to properly verify because the Private WiFi Address is active.
• You are not added to the Public SSID Whitelist, and your credentials are saved in the tablet settings and are interfering with establishing a clean connection to eBos.

Symptoms:

1. The tablet is connected to eBos, but your device is not reporting data back to our servers, or you are unable to load your checklists.
2. "Forget this Network" is available in Settings, Wifi, eBos > ( i ).
