Suppose you are experiencing issues with your reports showing 0% for your restaurant. In that case, it is most likely due to your tablet losing connectivity to the Internet, and you will need to reestablish your connection.
Please ensure you are not connected to the free WiFi in your restaurant.
- You are most likely connected to EBOS for your WiFi connection. If you use "McDonald's Free WiFi", please switch to EBOS. Reconnecting to the WiFi usually solves this issue.
- To reconnect to your restaurant's WiFi, press the "home" button on your iPad and tap on the Settings icon.
- Navigate to WiFi and turn it off. Wait 10 seconds.
- Turn WiFi back on. Please ensure that you are connected to EBOS.
If connected to eBos and are still experiencing issues, please ensure your device is whitelisted on your restaurant's network
For a device to function properly while whitelisted, please ensure the following settings are as follows:
- Private WiFi Address: Turned Off
- Low Data Mode: Turned Off
- Location Services: Turned On
