Squad Admin
Squad Admins possess the highest level of access within their designated squad(s).

| Visibility and Access | Full visibility and access to all users, locations, and devices within their squad(s). |
| Key Capability | Access to the Admin Panel to create, edit, and delete users and devices from all locations within their designated squad(s). |
Location Admin
Location Admins are typically store or area-level management with full access limited to their specific locations.

| Visibility and Access | Full visibility and access to all users and devices for their designated location(s). A user can have complete access to one or more locations simultaneously. |
| Key Capability | The lowest level of user who has access to the Admin panel. This profile is ideal for store-level management staff who only need access to their designated location(s). |
User
The "User" role is the most common user type, providing essential operational access.

| Visibility and Access | Receives daily emails, utilizes Squadle HQ (or the Manager's app) to view records and pull reports, and can view their sensor page. |
| Key Capability | The lowest level that can create or edit Customer Recovery or shift note entries. |
| Limitations | Does not have access to the Admin Panel and cannot edit other user details or add devices to their designated location. |
Observer
The Observer profile has the most restricted view-only access, typically used for external stakeholders or compliancelimited access and the least common of user types.
Visibility and Access: Can only view record data in Squadle HQ (or the Manager's app) as well as view temperature reading from the sensors page.
Limitations: Cannot modify anything within Squadle HQ (browser).
