Incomplete Learning Program Report

This report is a status by store, for all stores in your campus, of learning program incompletes, including not late, late soon, and late now. Learning programs that have been deleted are not included in the report.

Report output includes:

• Employee name

• Store name

• Number of not started, in progress, due soon, and late

Selection criteria:

Learning program

Counting Rules:

Not Started means the learner has been assigned the Learning Path (LP), and it is available to them, but they have not spent any time in the content or completed any part of the LP. Additionally, the due date is more than 8 days away.

Once they reach the 7-day mark before the due date, they would fall into the Due Soon category (indicated by a yellow triangle icon).

In progress means the learner has been assigned the Learning Path (LP), and it is available to them and they have spent completed some part of the LP but not all of it. Additionally, the due date is more than 8 days away. 

Once they reach the 7-day mark before the due date, they would fall into the Due Soon category (indicated by a yellow triangle icon).

Late means the learner has passed the due date for the LP, and it is still incomplete.

• Not started that is late (has a red triangle) is counted as late only

• In progress that is late (has a red triangle) is counted as late only

• Not started that is due soon (has a yellow triangle) is counted as due soon only

• In progress that is due soon (has a yellow triangle) is counted as due soon only
