Our Squadle Food Safety Application has two versions:
- "Squadle Checklist": Used on managed devices (devices from Insight).
- "Squadle Workflow": Used on non-managed devices. For Non-Managed devices use this Article.
On this Article we are going to walk you thru on how to update the Squadle Checklist Application for a Managed Device.
If you Don't know if your device is Managed or you are not sure, we have a few indicators:
1.- Application Name, it's going to be Squadle Checklist instead of Workflow.
2.- You wont have access to the App Store. Since they Update or download the app from a catalog of Applications called Jamf Self Service.
3.- If you go to the Settings on your Ipad > General > VPN and Device Management. If you see a profile listed, tap it to see what company or organization has access to your device (In this case Is "Insight").
MANAGE DEVICE
To update an application for a managed iPad Device, follow these steps:
1.- On your Home Screen you should have an application name " JAMF Self Service". ![]()
2.- Please navigate to the Self-Service application and search for "Squadle Checklist" in your app library.
Select "Reinstall" to update to the most recent version of the app available.
Note: If the app version does not change, please note that Insight or the app's manager determines the available version of the app. Do not fret! Squadle and Insight communicate regularly to ensure new features are available for customers when those features go live.
Note: Application should be on Version 2.19.2 or Higher.
