Our Squadle Food Safety Application has two versions:
- "Squadle Checklist": Used on managed devices (devices from Insight).
- "Squadle Workflow": Used on non-managed devices.
On this Article we are going to walk you thru on how to update the Squadle Workflow Application for a Non-Managed Device.
To update your Squadle Workflows app, you are going to need your iPad. If you do not see the App Store icon or you see the icon for Self-Service, please connect with your OTP for assistance and/or navigate to the following article: How do I Update my Squadle Checklist App?
1. Navigate to your App Store :
The Location of the App Store icon may vary. If you are unable to find the App Store icon, please contact your OTP for assistance. If you see a Self-Service icon, please refer to the following article for assistance: How do I Update my Squadle Checklist App?.
2. Please select the icon on the top right-hand side of your screen.
3. Select Apps.
The store's Apple ID will be in the top box, above the credit balance. It´s very Important to have the Apple ID and Password credentials, since they are required to Download or update an application.
4. Scroll or search for Squadle Workflows, select Squadle Workflows.
5. If there is an "Update," there will be a blue button with the UPDATE option.
Note: If there is no update available in the App Store, it will say "Open" instead of "Update."
NOTE: After the Update you should be on Version 2.19.2 or Higher.
To check the version of the Squadle Workflow App:
1.- Access to our Application
2.- Select the letter "i" as an icon on the upper right Hand.
3.- It would display the "Squadle Workflow version"
In some cases, after updating the Squadle Workflow app, you may see an Activation screen when you try to log back into the app. Don’t worry—this happens when your app hasn’t been updated in a while and simply requires a “device activation.”
