Starting April 1, a fee will be applied to any forms you upload for the Crunchtime team to build. Here’s what you need to know about this change.
Why are you changing the process?
We always want to support our customers and ensure we’re doing so in a timely manner. Changing form building to a paid service will enable us to better deliver the high-quality forms you need on time.
Can I still build my own forms for free?
Yes! There’s no change to the Zenput self-service tools. You can build as many forms as you need for free. And if you need help building your own forms, we have documentation and tutorials to help you become a power user. Here are some good resources to start with:
What’s the process for getting a form built?
The request process is simple.
- Submit: Upload your form requirements via Zenput, including the number of questions, triggers, and scoring formulas.
- Review: Our Professional Services (ProServ) team will review the request and send a simple Statement of Work (SOW) via DocuSign.
- Approve: Once you sign the SOW, our team begins the build.
- Delivery: You will receive your completed form within 5 business days.
What do I need to submit to request a new form?
Please submit your final form in a Word, Excel, or PDF format as well as:
- Question text
- Question type (e.g., 5 yes/no questions, 10 multiple choice)
- Required vs. optional questions
- Triggers and scoring logic (if applicable)
How long will it take to get my form?
The standard turnaround time is 10 days. This includes the time to build the form itself, which remains the same as it was (5 days), plus time to send the SOW and work through after any changes to the first draft of the form.
How long do I have to approve a form?
You will have three (3) business days to review completed forms. If no written feedback is received within this period, the forms will be deemed accepted and the project will be considered complete. Any subsequent changes will require a change order.
What if I need to edit an existing form?
This new process is specifically for new form builds. If you need an overhaul of an existing, complex form, please contact Customer Success to discuss a specific project request. Minor edits can still be handled through our standard support documentation or the self-service builder.
