Forms: Blank form export

Note: You need to have owner or admin permission to accomplish the following steps
Whether you're heading to a meeting or prefer the simplicity of pen and paper, exporting blank forms can be a game-changer. In this article, we'll walk you through the quick and easy process of exporting forms for printing, saving them as PDFs, and having them ready for offline use.

How to Export Blank Forms

  1. Click on 'Forms' from the dashboard.Screenshot 2023-07-28 140851.png
  1. Find the form you would like to export, and click on the 3 dots to the right of the form title. Select 'Edit'.
  1. Click on the drop-down menu 'Preview Form', and click on 'Export'.

  1. A new tab will open with the blank form, and you're done!
  1. From this tab you can then save this form as a PDF. Right-click and select 'Print', then choose 'Save as PDF' from the destination options.
