Problem Description
When using the Squadle Workflow application, you may encounter an issue where your checklist information does not appear. This is typically due to a problem with the iPad's internet connection, preventing the application from retrieving the necessary data. Troubleshooting Steps for iPad Internet Connection
Follow these steps in order to restore the internet connection on your iPad:
1. Check Wi-Fi Connection Status
Ensure your iPad is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network, for MCD employees should be eBOS or MCD Crew Network.
- Open the Settings app on your iPad.
- Tap on Wi-Fi.
- Verify that Wi-Fi is toggled On.
- Ensure that you are connected to the correct network (indicated by a checkmark). If you are not connected, tap on the correct network name and enter the password if prompted.
2. Turn Wi-Fi Off and Back On
A quick toggle can sometimes resolve minor connection glitches.
- In the Wi-Fi settings, toggle the Wi-Fi switch Off.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Toggle the Wi-Fi switch On again.
3. Check for Airplane Mode
Ensure that Airplane Mode is not accidentally enabled, as this disables all wireless connections.
- Open the Settings app on your iPad.
- Check the Airplane Mode setting at the top.
- Ensure that Airplane Mode is toggled Off.
4. Restart the Squadle Workflow Application
The application itself might need a refresh.
- Double-click the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen (on newer iPads) to open the app switcher.
- Find the Squadle Workflow app preview.
- Swipe the app preview up and off the screen to close it completely.
- Relaunch the Squadle Workflow app.
5. Restart the iPad
A device restart can clear up many temporary software issues.
- Press and hold the Power button (or the Power button and a Volume button, depending on the model) until the power off slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn the iPad completely off.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Press and hold the Power button again until the Apple logo appears to turn the iPad back on.
- Once the iPad restarts, open the Squadle Workflow app and check if the checklist information loads.
6. Reset Network Settings
If the issue persists, you may need to reset the iPad's network configuration (this will remove all saved Wi-Fi passwords).
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap General.
- Tap Transfer or Reset iPad.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Reset Network Settings.
- You will be prompted to enter your iPad passcode.
- After the reset, you will need to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network and re-enter the password.
In some rare Cases this problem could be due to the Squadle Workflow Application not been updated to the newest version of the App, if that is the case, please refer to our Article:
