What do I do when I get "This user is not connected to any active locations?"
To log into Net-Chef, an application user must be linked to a Location in the Enterprise Manager's Application User setup.
If you receive an error in a Franchise URL despite having properly assigned Locations to your Application User in the Corporate URL, you can rectify it by performing the following actions in Enterprise Manager:
- Delete the Locations from the Application User
- Save the User Record
- Add the Locations back to the Application User
- Save the Application User record (again)
- Log out of the application
When you log back in, the Locations should be available in the franchise URL.
Note: If the application user's user group has the 'Application Users > Link to all Locations' access enabled, it will need to be temporarily disabled for the user group before attempting to perform the troubleshooting steps listed above.
