Forms: Custom Form Categories

Zenput allows you to customize form categories to better align with your company's specific needs. You can create, edit, and delete form categories to organize your forms efficiently and ensure they fit your business structure. This feature helps keep your forms well-organized and relevant to your departments and initiatives.

With this feature, you can:

  • Create custom categories that match your company's departments or initiatives.
  • Edit existing categories to rename them as needed.
  • Delete default categories that are not relevant to your organization (e.g., "Construction" or "IT").
  • Ensure forms remain categorized by reassigning forms from deleted categories to "Uncategorized."

Create a Custom Category

  1. Open the Forms tab in Zenput.
  2. Click on Manage Categories.

  1. Select Create Category and enter a name for the new category.

  1. Save your changes.

Edit an Existing Category

  1. Open the Forms tab in Zenput.
  2. Click on Manage Categories.

  1. Click the 3 dots next to an existing category, and click on Rename to edit it.

  1. Enter the new name and save your changes.

Delete a Category

  1. Open the Forms tab in Zenput.
  2. Click on Manage Categories.

  1. Click the 3 dots next to an existing category, and click on Delete to delete it.

  1. Confirm the deletion in the dialog box that appears.

Please note: Any forms previously assigned to the deleted category will now be labeled as "Uncategorized." You can reassign these forms to another category at any time.
