Why Are Franchisee Locations Missing from an Export File?

Export files generated by Event Scheduling or from Outbound Integrations in a corporate Franchisor environment do not include Franchisee Location data, even when those Locations exist within the export Hierarchy.

What is the export scope for the Franchisor and Franchisees?

Franchisee-owned Locations are automatically excluded when exporting data from the Franchisor (corporate) environment regardless of Hierarchy structure.

While both corporate Franchisors and Franchisees have access to data Export features and Event Scheduling within their respective environments, data access remains segmented. The Franchisor and Franchisees are limited to exporting data strictly from the specific Locations assigned to their environment.

Note: This segmentation only applies to Franchising customers implemented with separate Franchisor and Franchisee URLs and to exporting files from Event Scheduling and Outbound Integrations. When a Franchisor exports report results or setup data using an Export button or icon outside of Event Scheduling and Outbound Integrations, the output includes relevant Franchisee Location data.
