How to update the filter to show all products
The most common reason that a product is not listed on the Inventory Setup screen in Net-Chef is because the product does not have the Include on Count Sheet option checked. By default, the Inventory Setup screen only shows products with the Include on Count Sheet option active. When you change a product’s primary storage location, the current storage is automatically set to inactive so it will not appear on the count sheet.
Use the following steps to change the filter to display all products.
- On the Inventory Setup screen, select the Storage location where the product is missing
- Click the filter icon in the upper right corner
- On the Filters pop up, click the Include on Count Sheet drop-down and change it from Active to All
- Click Apply to save the filter
Note: The filter will reset when you leave the Inventory Setup or select a different storage location.
