How do I use the chat bot?
To begin, click Help then the Chat button and type your question in the chat window that pops up. The chat bot will respond and provides sources from our knowledge base.
How do I reach Crunchtime Support?
The chat bot doesn’t replace our support staff. If you need more help, tell the bot you want to submit a ticket or select “No, I need more help” when the bot prompts you. This will open a request form so you can submit a support ticket like you normally would.
Note: The AI chat bot is available to all customers. However, contacting a person is only available to companies that use Crunchtime Support.
Does the chat bot have access to my data?
The chat bot does not have access to your data. It only has access to our publicly available knowledge sources, so your Crunchtime data stays private.
