Here are a few different ways, on how you can reset your password on Zenput.

Password requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• Maximum 128 characters
• A password cannot contain consecutive question marks (??) – it will give a "Something went wrong" error for the user

2. Reset your password from settings

1. Go to zenput.com and press 'Login' in the top right corner of the page. 

2. On the login screen, enter your login email, and click 'Forgot password?' In the 'Password Reset' screen, type in the email that is associated with your Zenput account. Click 'Reset Password'. Make sure that the email you are using is the email that is associated with your Zenput account. If you have several emails, ask a Zenput admin to check your correct email address in your user profile on Zenput. 

3. An email with password reset instructions will be sent to your email. 

   Note: If you do not receive an email, please make sure the email you typed in is correct. Please check your spam and other email folders.

1. In your account on the web app, click on your name in the bottom left corner, and choose "Change Password"

2. This will take you to the Change password screen, where you will be able to change it. 

Please note, that changing your password will sign you out on all of your devices. Any unsaved changes, such as form drafts that haven't been saved, may be lost.
