What is the Learning Center?
The Learning Center is a new in-app training hub available in Net-Chef and Enterprise Manager. It offers over 70 eLearning courses designed to help users learn how to complete key tasks in the application, such as placing vendor orders and posting inventory. These courses will help employees use the software more confidently, allowing them to get the most value out of Crunchtime.
How do I access the Learning Center?
Application Users can easily access the Learning Center in the Help menu in Net-Chef or Enterprise Manager.
When will the Learning Center be available?
The Learning Center will be enabled in March 2026 for select customers.
Will all users have access to the same courses?
No. The Learning Center tailors the training curriculum for each user based on the access controls enabled for their user group. This means users will only see courses that are relevant to their job responsibilities. For example, if a user has permission to review and post inventory, they will be able to see the associated course. Simply put, if a user can perform a task in the platform, they will have access to the training for it.
How do I know which user groups controls enable each course?
To see which user group permissions make each course available, read through the Net-Chef (p. 7-14) and Enterprise Manager (p. 18-23) courses listed in the Platform Training Reference Guide: https://links.crunchtime.com/RG-CTPlatformTraining
Are the courses kept up-to-date?
Yes. Each course is automatically updated with every new release, ensuring the Learning Center always reflects the latest version of the application.
Are there any browser requirements for this feature?
Yes, you must have third party cookies enabled for your browser.
How is the Learning Center a better option than TalentLMS / MainCourse?
The Learning Center personalizes training for each user and automatically stays current with every new platform release. This ensures users are always trained on the latest functionality and eliminates the risk of onboarding new team members with outdated eLearning content.
Can I use the Learning Center to track learning progress?
The Learning Center does not currently track course completion at this time. If you want to track learning progress, you can become a FileSharer and upload the courses to your own LMS (Learning Management System). Can I use these courses in my own Learning Management System (LMS?)
Yes. You can host the Platform Training library on your own LMS by becoming a FileSharer. Just like the Learning Center, these courses automatically update with each new release.
