What's happening to MainCourse and the free TalentLink Campus?

MainCourse and the free TalentLink Campus will be retired on October 1, 2026. We've made it easier to access training by replacing these platforms with the Learning Center, our in-app destination for Crunchtime training and eLearning.

What is the Learning Center?

The Learning Center is an in-app training hub available in Net-Chef and Enterprise Manager.

• Train without leaving Crunchtime. All training is conveniently available within the platform through the Help menu in Net-Chef and Enterprise Manager, eliminating the need to switch between applications.
• Personalized learning for every user. Each user sees training that's relevant to their role and permissions, making it easier to find the courses they need.
• Always up-to-date content. Training materials are automatically updated with every product release, so your team always has access to the latest content.

Can I use my own Learning Management System?

If your organization uses its own Learning Management System (LMS), you can become a FileSharer at no additional cost. As a FileSharer, Crunchtime course files are delivered directly to your LMS, allowing you to: 

• Assign courses using your existing LMS workflows
• Track and report on training within your own system
• Receive updated course content whenever new versions are published

If you'd like to use your own LMS, contact Crunchtime Support and ask to become a FileSharer before the cutoff date on October 1, 2026.
