In January 2026, the Crunchtime team announced that QSR Automations is now part of Crunchtime. As part of this of this change, you'll see a new name and logo for Kitchen and Host, but everything else about the product is exactly where you left it.

Same team, same product, new name. The merger brought Kitchen and Host under the Crunchtime brand, but nothing about how you work with them changed.

Are Kitchen and Host changing, or just the names?

This is a name change, not a product change. Every feature, workflow, and tool in Crunchtime Kitchen and Crunchtime Host works the same way it did before.

QSR Automations and Crunchtime merged in June 2025. Kitchen operations are now part of the Crunchtime suite, and this update brings the name in line with that.

What's the product called now?

ConnectSmart Kitchen is now Crunchtime Kitchen. ConnectSmart Host is now Crunchtime Host.

Is Crunchtime going to keep building on Kitchen and Host?

Crunchtime is going to keep building Kitchen and Host, and that's the point. This merger means more investment, not less. The team behind these products isn't going anywhere.
