How to Delete Sales Transactions

Each file type (Sales Mix and Menu Mix) has its own process for removal:

To remove Sales Mix data for a day/location in Net Chef, you will need to go to the Recent Sales Transactions screen, edit the record for that date, and zero out all of the values. The Sales Transaction will still exist, but it will be zeroed out, so it will not affect the location's actual sales.


To remove Menu Mix, you will need to go into the "Undo and Reprocess Batch Menu Mix" screen (in the Integrations menu) in Enterprise Manager. You can click the "Begin Undo Menu Mix Batch" button from there. That will take you to a screen where you can select the dates/locations of the Menu Mix files you want to undo. Once the Menu Mix has been undone, the location's Menu Mix will be gone. Ensure you don't reprocess the Menu Mix after it has been undone.
