How to share and schedule exports (Formerly known as Subscriptions) in Insights

In Insights, you can easily share, export, and schedule reports. Exports, which were previously referred to as Subscriptions in the old BizIQ, allow you to send reports automatically or manually to selected recipients. The video below will guide you through scheduling an export in Insights.

Additional Note: The Share button is greyed out by design on workbooks to reduce the risk of unintentionally sharing data with the wrong recipients. If you’d like to make a report accessible to others, we recommend placing it in the Shared workspace, where other users can access it securely.
