If you're having trouble logging into Insights, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Confirm Your Access Level
First, verify that you have been granted access to Insights. Access is managed in your Enterprise Manager Application User profile and falls into one of three levels:
- Power User
- Analyst
- Consumer
If your access was recently granted, please allow at least 60 minutes for the update to sync with Insights.
2. Check for Duplicate Email Assignments
Insights requires each user to have a unique email address associated with their profile. If your Application User email is linked to multiple users with Insights access, this will prevent you from logging in.
To resolve this, you can either:
- Update the email address for the users to make it unique.
- Remove Insights access for all but one of the users.
Once the duplicate email issue is resolved, please allow at least 60 minutes for the update to take effect.
