We've added a new Average Usage per Location tab to the Ops Execution Template that shows activity trends over time across key measures: tasks, submissions, images, failures, questions, closed tasks, and projects.
- Above-store users can quickly see which locations are actively engaging with Ops Execution and which may need a nudge, coaching, or additional training.
- Operations teams can track adoption trends over time to validate rollout efforts

New Operations Scorecard Template!
We're giving a big update to Crunchtime Insights to give store managers a clearer picture of their performance. Tracking metrics is a good start, but the real value comes from seeing the big picture. With the new Operations Scorecard, GMs can benchmark their store against others in the company across key areas: consumption, labor, inventory variance, net sales, and task completion. It takes the guesswork out of finding performance gaps, making it much easier for managers to pinpoint where they need to adjust and improve.
Tip: Embed the Operations Scorecard directly into NetChef, so managers get performance visibility right where they already work.

Menu Mix Template Enhancement: Menu Mix Historical!
We've added a new historical report and dataset to the Menu Mix Template, purpose-built for analyzing menu mix data over long periods of time. Unlike the existing dataset which operates at the atomic grain, this one is optimized for performance when looking at large date ranges and goes back significantly further than what was previously available.
- This means customers can now analyze Revenue, Theoretical Costs, Profit, Selling Price, and more by Category or Product across years of data without the performance issues they'd hit on the standard dataset.
- Finance teams can track long-term menu performance, compare new vs. old products, and factor in operational differences across time periods like COVID-19.

New Ops Execution Template Enhancement: Task Completion Outlier Detection!
We've added a new Task Outliers report to the Ops Execution Template that helps customers protect task integrity by flagging suspicious completions based on distance and time.
- This makes it easy to identify when employees are completing tasks far from the store, whether from home, on vacation, or outside expected timeframes.
- Customers can set their own distance and time thresholds using simple slider controls, with all results updating dynamically. A detailed table flags individual outlier tasks while a visual leaderboard surfaces which locations or projects are the biggest offenders.

New Hourly Labor Productivity Report!
We’ve added a new Hourly Labor Productivity report to the Labor Template.
- Customers can analyze sales, forecasted sales, actual hours, scheduled hours, ideal hours, earned hours, and variances at the hourly granularity in one place.
- This makes it easy to identify when stores are over or understaffed throughout the day
- Includes a combo chart visualization for quick, visual identification of hourly labor alignment issues.

Bug Fix: We’ve addressed a bug with GLs impacting franchised customers
Previously, the GL Number/Description columns only displayed corporate values, even when franchise GL values differed. These franchise-specific GL values are now available in reports in addition to the old corporate values.
Franchisee users can now see and use their own GL values when building or filtering custom reports.
Customers who have custom reports with calculation formulas using GLs should update those calculations to reference the corporate GL value for consistency.

This added visibility helps clarify how labor hours and costs are being allocated across locations.
