How to: Bulk assign franchise business coaches (FBCs) to locations

If you’re a Zenput for Franchisor customer, you can now quickly and easily assign FBCs to hundreds – or thousands – of locations with our new CSV importer.

Follow these steps to bulk assign your FBCs.

• Go to the Locations page. On this page, you’ll see a new column for FBC/Auditor. 
• Find a new “Import FBCs” button in the upper-right corner.
  
  

• Hit this button to download a template for the importer.
• Add your information to the template.
• Upload your CSV file by hitting “Select CSV.” 
• Preview your changes by selecting “Preview.” A custom preview will show you the impacts of the changes you’re making to the assignments before the actual import. 
  • Black = no changes
  • Red = FBCs removed from locations
  • Green = FBCs added to locations
• When you’re done, just select “Proceed with Import” and you’re all set!

Filters also allow you to search locations by FBC.

Audit Sharing:

Zenput for Franchisor customers now have the ability to allow FBCs to share audits with locations under the Reports > Brand Audits page.

To turn this feature on, you’ll need to go to the added to permission section of form builder.

When “Allow all Zenput locations to be selected when submitting form” is selected, we provide a sub-option checkbox called “Allow reporting company locations read-only access to submissions when their location is selected.”

Once these checkboxes have been selected, the new Brand Audits button appears in the navigation under Reports. This page gives both managing and reporting companies read-only access to the audit submissions. The list returns all audits by default and can be filtered by Location and/or FBC.
