You can easily save and schedule role-based project reports in Zenput, giving you more control over how you track project completion across different roles and locations.
These options are available for:

1. Go to the Reports tab, and click on Create in the top-right corner.
2. Select Report Type – Projects.

Select one of the following:

Project Completion Recap for Users

Project Completion With Failures for Users

Click Create Report.
3. Set Up the Report
Give your report a title, choose the team, and select the role (e.g., Store Manager), the project, the due date.
4. Under Recipients, choose between:

Creator’s Visibility – report data will reflect your access level.
-
Recipient’s Visibility – report data adjusts to the recipient’s hierarchy level.

5. Choose Recipients

Send the report to:
-
All users in a specific role
-
All locations
-
Specific users or email addresses
-
6. Set Up Scheduling
-
Under Recurrence, choose:
-
Never – send the report once
-
Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Yearly

Pick the start date, time, and (for weekly/monthly) the specific day(s) and intervals (e.g., every 2 weeks).
7. Save or Send

Click Save to schedule it.

Or choose Send Now to send it immediately.
