Editing reports allows Admin users to adjust existing report settings, criteria, and delivery schedules within Crunchtime Ops Execution. Updating existing reports keeps data relevant for the team while avoiding the need to rebuild templates from scratch.
This article provides steps on how to edit reports, troubleshoot common editing issues, and contact Crunchtime Support for further assistance. For related guidance, you can explore our articles on different types of reports or how to schedule a report.
How to edit a report
To modify an existing report, navigate to Reports from your main Dashboard and follow the steps below:
- Under Saved Reports, select your view:

- Select the report you want to edit.
- Open the report and click Edit in the top-right corner.

Alternative workflow for select reports
Certain reports follow a modified editing process rather than the standard workflow above.
Applicable Reports:
- Forms:
- Form Report
- Projects:
- Comprehensive Project Report
- Project Completion Recap - For Users
- Project Completion Recap With Failures - For Users
For these specific reports, follow the steps below:
- Open the report and scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Edit.
- Update any active fields (greyed-out fields cannot be changed).
- Click Save. A green confirmation banner will confirm that your changes were saved successfully.
Who can edit reports?
Only users with Admin privileges can edit report settings, change schedules, or modify recipient lists in the Ops Execution web app.
How to fix issues with editing reports
If you cannot see the option to edit a report or change its email frequency, verify with your account Administrator that you have Admin privileges assigned to your profile. If you are a non-Admin user who needs to be added to or removed from a report subscription, contact an Admin user to make the update on your behalf.
