Customer Order - User Can't Edit Issue Unit

Problem:

User Can't Edit Issue Units in Customer Order

Solution:

• User must be linked to User Group with NC-Customer Order "Edit Issue Unit"
• Customer must be Internal

Extra:

• Units in the dropdown will include the Inventory Unit and (Location or Company) Alternate Count Units
