How can I determine which Export includes a specific transaction?

Exports are available on the Enterprise Manager's Outbound Integration screen. You can filter the screen by Post Date and Transaction Type to locate a specific export. Once you identify potential exports, click the Transaction type link to see the details and find a particular transaction.
