What is the 'Chat With Us' feature?
'Chat With Us' is a new generative AI support tool in Net-Chef and Enterprise Manager designed to help users get quick, accurate answers without having to search throughout the entire Support Center.
Why are we introducing a chat tool?
While the Support Center is comprehensive, it can be difficult to quickly find the exact information you need. Many users are looking for faster answers so they can complete a task, find their data, and move on with their day. This chat tool will help simply that experiencing, guiding users to related support documentation in less time.
How does the chat work?
You can ask the chatbot a question in plain language, and it will respond by pointing you to the most relevant content from our Support Center and Knowledge Base articles.
What if I need more help?
The chat's response will also include links to the Support Center articles so you can dive deeper into step-by-step instructions or additional context.
Can I contact Support through the chat?
Yes, designated support contacts will have the option to create a support ticket directly from the chat if you need additional help.
Does the chat have access to my data?
No, it does not. The chat bot only has access to Crunchtime supplied documentation, like the Knowledge Base articles. Your Crunchtime data stays private.
When will the Chat With Us feature be available?
We expect the chatbot to be available early 2026. Keep an eye on the What's New page for updates and the official launch announcement.
