In January 2026, the Crunchtime team announced that we are renaming Zenput to Crunchtime Ops Execution to better align this product with the rest of the Crunchtime suite. As part of this change, how you log into and use Zenput will be changing later this year.
This article provides information about what you can expect with Crunchtime Ops Execution, how the website and mobile apps are changing, and technical configuration changes.
What to expect with Crunchtime Ops Execution
Find answers to frequently asked questions about the transition to Crunchtime Ops Execution in the following sections.
I use support@zenput.com when I need help. Will that process change?
We'll be sunsetting support@zenput.com later this year. You'll be able to submit help tickets in 3 ways starting on June 1, 2026:
- Reach out to us through the Ops Execution support chatbot
- Submit a request through the Crunchtime portal: support.crunchtime.com
- Email us at support@crunchtime.com
Will the product functionality change?
This is a branding and website update. The features, workflows, and tools you rely on every day to manage your operations will remain exactly the same. The brand will be different and how you access the web app will change from zenput.com to ops-execution.crunchtime.com.
When does the name change in the product?
The new Ops Execution name and logo will change over in the Zenput web app and mobile app on September 1, 2026. On that date, your store teams will need to update their mobile apps. No changes need to be made for the web app.
I have Zenput Labels and Zenput Temp Monitoring. Does the name change impact either of these products?
Both products will be called Crunchtime Labels and Crunchtime Temp Monitoring going forward.
- You'll need to update to a new version of Crunchtime Labels. The new app will be available around September 1st. While the old app will be supported for a while after September 1st, we recommend updating your app as soon as possible.
- Because Crunchtime Temp Monitoring is part of the current Ops Execution platform, you don't need to take any additional steps to keep using it.
If I see "Zenput" in some parts of the app after September 1st, is this ok?
To ensure technical stability, we are using a rolling update approach. While the main logo changes on September 1st, legacy links and smaller interface elements will be updated throughout the year.
