In 2026, Crunchtime announced the renaming of Zenput to Crunchtime Ops Execution. This renaming includes changing URLs from zenput.com to ops-execution.crunchtime.com. You can learn more about this change in our Crunchtime Ops Execution transition FAQ.
This article provides instructions on how to prepare your Single Sign-On (SSO) Identity Provider (IdP) for the URL change that will happen later in 2026.
How to set up your identity provider with Ops Execution
Do not delete the existing zenput.com entry yet. In addition to your existing Identity Provider entry for zenput.com, you need to create a second Identity Provider entry for ops-execution.crunchtime.com.
If possible, we suggest viewing your current zenput.com app configuration in your identity provider in one window, while adding the ops-execution.crunchtime.com app configuration in another window.
The settings should be identical, but with two important changes.
- The Identifier (Entity ID) should be: https://ops-execution.crunchtime.com/saml2/metadata/
- The Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) and the Sign on URL should be set to: https://ops-execution.crunchtime.com/saml2/acs/
After you set up your new entry, check the following settings.
- Make sure that the app is signing the SAML response. The assertion can also be signed as well.
- Make sure that the app is returning an attribute called “email” or “emailAddress”. This value should be set to whichever email the user will be using to log into Ops Execution.
How can I share the new Identity Provider metadata info with Crunchtime?
Once this entry in your Identity Provider has been created, you must share the new metadata URL, or Metadata file, for the app you created in your Identity Provider, for Ops Execution, with your Customer Success Manager.
When can I test the new SSO entry?
In mid-August, we will provide you with a method to test that SSO works with our new domain, so that you can be prepared before the URLs change.
When can I delete the zenput.com entry?
You will receive communication from us in the future when it is safe delete the old zenput.com entry.
