This knowledge base provides instructions on how to download and install the Squadle HQ application. Squadle HQ is a management application designed for use on mobile devices, specifically iPads and cellphones running either Android or iOS (iPhone) operating systems.

System Requirements

To ensure compatibility and optimal performance, please ensure your device meets the following minimum requirements:

• Device Type: iPad, Android Cellphone, or iPhone.
• Operating System: Current version of iOS ( iOS 26.4. ), for Android (Android 16) Newer.

Downloading Squadle HQ

The Squadle HQ application is available for download on both the Apple App Store (for iPad and iPhone) and the Google Play Store (for Android devices).

1. Downloading on iPad or iPhone (iOS)

Follow these steps to download Squadle HQ on an iPad or iPhone:

1. Open the App Store application on your device. The App Store icon looks like a white 'A' in a light blue circle.
2. Tap the Search tab, located in the bottom menu.
3. In the search bar at the top, type "Squadle HQ" and press the search button on your keyboard.
4. Locate the official Squadle HQ application in the search results. It should be listed as Squadle HQ.

5. Tap the "Get" button (or the cloud icon with a downward arrow if you've previously downloaded it).
   
    

6. You may be prompted to enter your Apple ID password, use Face ID, or use Touch ID to confirm the download.
7. Once the download is complete, the app icon will appear on your Home Screen.

2. Downloading on Android Cellphones

Follow these steps to download Squadle HQ on an Android cellphone:

1. Open the Google Play Store application on your device. The Play Store icon looks like a multicolored triangle.
2. Tap the search bar at the top of the screen.
3. Type "Squadle HQ" and tap the search icon.
4. Locate the official Squadle HQ application in the search results.
5. Tap the "Install" button.
6. The application will download and install automatically.
7. Once the installation is complete, the app icon will appear on your Home Screen or in your App Drawer.

Once the Application is downloaded You can log in using the "Brand" or "Squadle" Option, for MCD Employees select "Brand". After that is going to ask to "link Account" or "Proceed to Dashboard".

Select: Link Account and it will ask for the EID and Password. After that it will display the Information for the Organization.
