This guide provides instructions on how to access your Squadle account via the Squadle HQ platform.

Accessing Your Squadle Account

To log in to the Squadle HQ portal, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Squadle HQ: Access the login page by navigating to the following address: Squadle HQ
2. SSO Sign In (McDonald's eID Users):
   • If you have an eID that is already connected to a Squadle account, please select the "SSO Sign in" option.
   • When prompted, select the Provider: "McDonald's".
3. Email and Password Login (Non-eID Users):
   • If you do not have an eID connected to a Squadle account, or if you do not possess an eID, please use the standard email and password fields to log in.

Account Creation and Support

If you are unable to log in because you do not have a Squadle-linked account, please contact the appropriate personnel to have an account created for you. In this case is the "Squad Admin" Personnel that counts with that rol, if you dont know who they are feel free to contact Squadle Support and we can provide that information.
