There may come a time when you would like to modify our provided templates of checklists for your restaurant. You can make modifications by working with our Customer Success team in one of two ways.
Method 1: Email Request
You can email our support team directly to initiate a change. This is the most convenient method if you have external documents or complex lists to share.
- Support Email: support@squadle.com
- Process: Send an email with your specific requirements based on the type of request.

| Existing Checklist Modification | Please list the title of the checklist(s) and the specific desired changes. |
| New Checklist Addition | Include the title of the checklist(s), the designated start times, and the full details of each task. |
For your convenience, you may attach a PDF, Word, or Pages document containing the new checklist details to your email.
Method 2: Support Ticket
You can also file a formal support ticket to list out any change requests for your tablet.
- Navigate to the Squadle Support Ticket Portal.
- Locate the dropdown menu labeled "What best describes your request?".
- Select Change Request from the options.
- Fill in the details of your checklist modification in the description field.
By using either of these methods, our Customer Success team will ensure your restaurant's digital checklists are updated
