- Double check you have entered the correct Net-Chef URL for your company.
Note: The Enterprise Manager URL (example: crunchcafe-em.net-chef.com) should NOT be used, as this can result in errors within the application. - Check to see if you can sign into Net-Chef without being prompted to update your security question or password. If prompted to make any changes, make these updates, and then try signing into the Inventory app again.
- Double check the password is correct (password is case sensitive).

Review the common errors and troubleshooting below:
Error 1: "Connect to Server Failed"- The URL is entered on its page and accessed by tapping the gear icon at the bottom right.
- Users are not required to enter https://. The application will populate this automatically.
- Users should enter their URL precisely as they type it into their browser window.
- If you add "www." to the front of a Net-Chef URL in your browser or the mobile applications, it will fail to connect.
Error 2: "Incorrect User Name or Password"
- Sometimes, the application will auto-populate the username upon login.
- Make sure that the user is typing out their username entirely. Auto-populate occasionally includes a trailing space in auto-populated fields, resulting in an incorrect username.
- Deleting the extra space will correct the information.
These errors can also appear if a user attempts to log in while their device is not connected. Closing the app and performing a hard reset should fix the issue.
