Why didn't the system create an Auto-Order?
- Required setup is incorrect/incomplete:
- Auto-Order preference setting is disabled in Vendor and Vendor/Location records
- The Vendor is not active
- The location has no Post-period
- No Location Products are eligible for Vendor Order for the Auto-Order Vendor/Location.
- Auto-Order will not attempt to transmit if a Vendor is set to US Foods.
- Recommended Order quantity is 0.00 for all products:
- The Recommended Order setup is wrong
- Missing Sales Forecast
- On Hand, On Vendor Order quantities (if included in the Recommended Order formula) are high enough to offset projected consumption, resulting in 0.00 Recommended Order quantities.
- The order violates the Order Alert threshold,
- Auto-Order High/Low threshold, and/or Order minimum settings.
- The database job has not been executed yet

- The process runs on a timer every 10 minutes.

- The Vendor's Order/Delivery schedule is not set up correctly at the Location.

- Order/Delivery days are not set correctly
- Order By Time is wrong (must be in 24-hour format)
- It is not yet time to create the Auto-Order, based on the Order By Time and Location's timezone setting

- A Vendor Order already exists for this Vendor/Location that is not Canceled or Reconciled and has the same Expected Delivery Date as the Auto-Order would have based on the Order/Delivery Schedule
- There was a database failure, which Crunchtime Support can determine. If you need help troubleshooting, please provide the location/vendor and date/time you believe the order should have been created.
