- Vendor Code – decided on by the customer; let the Vendor contact know the code to use
- VO Mode - FTP
- Interface - Standard
- URL - 64.22.255.108
Vendor Setup – Location Details
- Account # - 6-digit account number
- Reference - not used. Repeat the Account #
- User Name/Password – Same credentials will be used by all locations
Vendor Setup – Charge and Credit Codes
This is a list of common codes found on invoices:
- FREIGHT
- TAX
- 999999999999 MISC (Misc 1)
Vendor Bids
- Vendor Product Numbers are 6 digits and may have leading zeros
- Vendor Units are CS and EA
Other Considerations
- Order Guides are weekly and typically sent on Saturday for the effective day Saturday
- Order Guides include “Categories” or non-product rows and have been requested to be removed; however, the vendor has not removed these rows in the past
- Order Guides will include the discontinued flag
