How To Integrate With Coca-Cola

This guide can be used to configure an electronic integration with Crunchtime and this vendor. This information is based on the last known setup and requirements from the vendor.

Vendor Setup – Location Details

• Account # - <PROFILE-ID>-<Bottler-ID>-<Store-Location> (eg. CRUNCHTIME-CSW-236)
• Reference - not used. Repeat the Account #
• User Name/Password – Same credentials will be used by all locations

Vendor Setup – Charge and Credit Codes

This is a list of common codes found on invoices:

• Deposit
• Freight
• MOQ (Min Order Quantity)
• Mandatory Deposits
• SERVICE (Service call)
• Sales Tax
• TAX

Vendor Bids

• Vendor Product Numbers are 12 digits and reflect the UPC for the product. It may contain leading zeros.
• Vendor Units are in the format of '12 PACK' or 'CO2 TANK'
• CO2 Tanks will have a product number, not a UPC number.

Other Considerations

• When submitting a new project request, include a location list with store numbers, addresses, and the servicing bottler
• Each bottler that you want to integrate with is its own project with its integrator - OpenText
• Confirmations can be sent as a file to the SFTP and/or emailed. For emailed confirmations, provide the location's email address.
• Invoice timing typically is the same day by afternoon or overnight, and available the next morning; at max 48 hr delay while the bottlers confirm the invoice as final
• The project resource with OpenText needs a 2-3 business day lead time to turn integration on in Production
• Since order guides are not included in the integration feed, a request for the Product Numbers (UPC) needs to be sent to the Sales Rep at the Bottler, not from Coca Cola CCBSS or OpenText resources. They are maintained by the Bottler and not something Coca-Cola North America (parent company) can get.
• CO2 Tanks should be ordered and do not have a UPC number. Customers should make sure to order empty tanks if they intend for the delivery driver to pick them up. This is important because the driver may not have the appropriate delivery rack for the tanks if they don’t know they are picking up empty tanks.
