Integration Points
- Purchase Order – Standard PO
- Confirm Receipt – Email confirmations
- Confirm Terms - not available
- Invoice – Standard e-invoice
- Bid Sheets – Standard format
Vendor Setup - Header
- Vendor Code – decided on by the customer; let the Vendor contact know the code to use
- VO Mode - FTP
- Interface - DICARLO
- URL - ftporders.dicarlofood.com
Vendor Setup – Location Details
- Account # - Customer account number for each location
- Reference - not used. Repeat the Account #
- User Name/Password – Same credentials will be used by all locations
Vendor Setup – Charge and Credit Codes
This is a list of common codes found on invoices:
- BTL - BOTTLE DEPOSIT (Misc 1)
- TAX
Location Setup
- Location Export Code - this field on the Alternate Address tab of the Location record in Enterprise Manager must have the Location Code
Vendor Bids
- Vendor Product Numbers are primarily 5 digits
- Vendor Units are CS, EA
Other Considerations
- DiCarlo prefers to host the FTP for the integration. If you use a Crunchtime hosted CDP, and request files sent there instead of to pick up from DiCarlo's server, they ask that the password for their credentials be 12 characters or less.
- Numbering for Vendor Orders must have the first 6 characters be unique
- The Vendor Order file name includes the Location Export Code to identify the Location. It is typically the CT Location Code, and DiCarlo will map it, OR they may ask to use the Location Account Number - the DiCarlo system looks at the first 5 digits, so it must be unique by Location
