Requesting Hosted CDP Server Credentials

This guide can be used to request new hosted CDP server credentials. The following template should be used to submit the new request.

Subject

{{customer name}} - Create New Vendor Credentials for Hosted SFTP - {{vendor name}}

Request Body

"We are adding a new vendor that will need to drop invoices on our Crunchtime-hosted CDP SFTP server in the /Inbound directory. Please create credentials for this new vendor."

If the vendor will also need to pick up orders from our server, add this line as well:
"This vendor will also need a private folder on the SFTP
server to pick up POs. Please create credentials for this private folder (/po) with read/write access."

If the credentials need access to the Outbound directory to pick up scheduled exports :
"This vendor will need read/write/delete access to the /outbound and /outbound/archive folders."
