🏢 How to Manage Brand-Wide Projects

Note: Brand-Wide Projects allow the Franchisor to set up and manage projects for all companies within their brand. If you'd like this feature to be enabled for you – please contact your CSM.

Brand-Wide Projects enable Franchisors to create and oversee projects across all locations within their brand. This centralized approach ensures consistency and allows for both recurring and non-recurring project management at scale.

Access Brand-Wide Projects

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard. From your Dashboard, click on Projects, then select your company's Brand Projects.
  1. You will now see all your current Brand-Wide Projects. Both recurring and non-recurring projects are listed in this view.

Understanding Recurring Projects

Recurring tasks are easily identifiable in your Brand Projects view. The Recurrence column displays a chip indicating the frequency of the task.

Recurring projects will show one of the following recurrence types in the Recurrence column:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Yearly

Edit, Archive, or Delete Recurring Projects

Recurring projects offer full management capabilities including editing, archiving, and deletion.

  1. Locate the recurring project you want to manage. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) to the right of the project name.

  1. A menu will appear with the following options:

    • Edit - Modify project details
    • Archive - Move project to archived state
    • Delete - Permanently remove the project

    Select the action you want to perform.

Manage Non-Recurring Projects

Important: Non-recurring projects have limited management options. They cannot be edited once created, but you can still archive or delete them.
  1. For non-recurring projects, click the three vertical dots (⋮) to the right of the project.

  2. The menu will display only two options:

    1. Archive - Move project to archived state
    2. Delete - Permanently remove the project

    Note that the Edit option is not available for non-recurring projects.
